4Service Landanlegg is the data controller and processes personal data in accordance with applicable privacy regulations. Personal data refers to information or assessments that can be linked to an individual.
What Personal Data Do We Store?
We process personal data to fulfill our responsibilities and to honor agreements we enter into with you. Depending on the information you provide, the services you use, and the permissions you grant us, we may collect the following data about you:
- General personal information, including full name, email address, and phone number
- Employer information, including company name, organization number, and address
- Duration of your stay with us
- Reservation history
How Do We Use Your Data?
We use your personal data to:
- Create a user account to enable reservations at one or more of our camp hotels
- Manage and administer your customer relationship
- Inform your employer about bookings in cases where the employer is involved in payment
- Provide customer service if you contact us with questions or feedback
- Market new products and campaigns to you, provided you have given your consent
The legal basis for items 1, 2, and 3 is that it is necessary to fulfill an agreement we have entered into with you in order to deliver our services.
The legal basis for item 4 is legitimate interest, to offer and further develop our service to our customers.
The legal basis for item 5 is consent. If you have not given us consent, or if you have withdrawn your consent, our legal basis for item 5 ceases.
With Whom Do We Share Your Personal Data?
We use the following data processors for your personal data:

Provider of the Wise booking system - Appfarm AS (org. no. 919 697 199)
Provider of our digital service platform that manages data flow in and out of our core systems
We have entered into data processing agreements with all our suppliers, which regulate and limit their processing of your personal data. This ensures that what we promise you in this policy also applies to our partners and subcontractors.
How Long Do We Store Personal Data?
We retain your personal data for as long as necessary to achieve the purpose for which it was collected, or as long as we are required to retain the information. The data will be deleted or anonymized when it is no longer necessary for the intended purpose.
As a general rule, all your personal data will be deleted upon your request. Please note that the Accounting Act may require data to be stored longer for accounting purposes. Data we are not legally required to retain will be anonymized after 90 days.
4Service Landanlegg/Compass Group may retain usage data in anonymized form for internal analysis purposes.
Transfer of Personal Data
Your personal data is stored within the EU/EEA. Some of our suppliers have technical support services located outside the EU/EEA. If these services are used, any processing of your personal data will be regulated in accordance with EU/EEA standard contractual clauses for transfers to third countries or another approved transfer mechanism.
Your Rights
You have the right to request access to the information we have registered about you. This information can be requested by sending an email to personvern@compass-group.no.
Upon receipt of an email requesting access, we will contact you to arrange the further process regarding the presentation of identification to ensure that your personal data is not disclosed to unauthorized parties.
If the personal data we have registered about you is incorrect, incomplete, or no longer relevant, you may have the data corrected, supplemented, or deleted. This can be done by sending an email to personvern@compass-group.no.
