This website is operated by 4Service Landanlegg AS (hereinafter referred to as “4Service”). On this website, the terms “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to 4Service. 4Service provides this website, including all information, tools, and services available from this site to you, the user, conditioned upon your acceptance of all terms, conditions, policies, and notices stated here. By purchasing anything from us, you participate in our “Service” and agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions (“Terms of Use,” “Terms”), including any additional terms, conditions, and policies referenced herein and/or available by hyperlink. These Terms of Use apply to all users of the site, including but not limited to users who are browsers, vendors, customers, merchants, and/or contributors of content.

We reserve the right to update, change, or replace any part of these Terms of Use by posting updates and/or changes to our website. It is your responsibility to check this page periodically for changes. Your continued use of or access to the website following the posting of any changes constitutes acceptance of those changes
Scope of the Agreement
This agreement is entered into between 4Service and the legal entity you represent (the customer).
The individual completing the booking must have the authority to represent the company. The company listed as the booking party is responsible for payment and any changes. The company is also responsible for any fees charged to the resident.
The Service
The booking includes rental of rooms and associated services such as meals, cleaning, access to washing machines, common areas and lockers, gym facilities, and more. The nature of the services is specified in the booking confirmation. The booking does not cover cleaning due to abnormal wear, damages, etc. This website does not allow private bookings, only business bookings. For larger bookings of 22 guests or more, please contact our booking center for an offer.
Rules for Booking, Changes, and Cancellations
A reservation is binding once it is confirmed and you have received a booking reference number. You will receive this through our booking system. When making a reservation, you must provide the name, address, email address, payment method, and arrival and departure times for the guest(s). It is important that you provide your email address so you can receive the booking confirmation.
Changes
The deadline for changes is 24 hours before check-in. Please contact our booking center for any changes. If you are delayed, your booking remains, but you will be charged from the scheduled day. Any cancellation will always be handled in dialogue with you as the customer. If you check out late, you will be charged for an extra night. If you wish to extend your stay, please contact our booking center.
Cancellation Deadlines
The deadline for cancellations is 24 hours before check-in. In case of no-show, the first two nights will be charged. This also applies to bookings for only one night.
Payment Terms
You will be invoiced at the end of the month or when your booking expires, with a payment term of 30 days.
Responsibility and Risk
4Service is responsible for:
- Ensuring the room is available and as described.
- Ensuring the food offering meets agreed standards.
- Handling any operational interruptions professionally.
The booking company is responsible for:
- Any damages the guest causes to our property.
- Ensuring the guest(s) comply with the rules applicable to the camp.
- Providing correct names, dates, and number of persons covered by the booking.
Rules of Conduct and HSE
All residents at our hotels (camps) must comply with the rules of conduct. Note that certain violations may result in fines charged to the company responsible for the booking. The guest receives the rules of conduct by SMS, and these must be read before check-in.
Privacy
Both 4Service and the camp hotel where you have booked accommodation are data controllers for the personal information related to your booking. This processing of personal data will be carried out in accordance with the 4Service Privacy Policy.
Limitation of Liability and Force Majeure
The hotel can not be held liable for force majeure or indirect losses (lost work time, project delays, etc.) resulting from force majeure.
Major Agreements and Framework Agreements
Large volume contracts are regulated in separate agreements. The conditions on this website apply only to online bookings.
